Hi, Rangeblocks generally affects wide range of users. In ja.WP, many users frequently complaint and ask about when they are blocked and who are in charge of it. Special:Ipblocklist page offers all block information, but extracting range blocks from there by manual is a difficult task. Some suggest creating a list of valid range blocks from [[Special:Ipblocklist]].
