The [[m:Poem Extension]] would be very useful on fr.wikiquote to help render quotes without 'br' and 'nbsp' everywhere.

(The extension would be used on the {{citation}} template directly, so most editors won't have to worry about it.) 

Brion hinted it might be simpler to enable it on all projects (so it'd solve #7201 too).
