Brion did specifically make newFromText return NULL instead of a valid title
object with an blank title so that it would be obvious when we had invalid title
problems. The problem here is that when someone views a bad title, the error
page seems to actually check the deletion archive to see if there are any pages
deleted with the name [[Bad title]]. If there is one, it displays an undeletion
link.
