I think it would be a good feature to be able to tag people in images. Facebook
has a similar feature whereby you can click a place in a photo and tell it 'this
is Joe Bloggs', and the photo then has a link to Joe Blogg's page, and it also
shows whereabouts in the photo he is.

It would also be good for tagging buildings in a map or photo, linking to parts
of a diagram or photo (eg. of a machine).
