We have translated MediaWiki 1.8.2 into the basque language. Nowadays, the MediaWiki package has a MessagesEu.php file with this language translation, but it is very old. So here I send last stable version's translation, in order to adding to the package and continue mantaining it for future versions. Thank you.
If these changes aren't in MediaWiki 1.9alpha, please provide a patch against that version.

Several notes: * Please don't copy the parts in the start of the file from MessagesEn.php, just change them if you want to do that. * Please post the file as a unified patch, using "svn diff", and not as a tar.gz file. * Please don't copy ignored messages, and don't copy optional messages if you don't change them.
