How can the messages of system can be updated and valided?

Normaly, final versions of http://oc.wikipedia.org/wiki/Especial:Allmessages are in blue! But 
occitans translations have never been uploaded (They stay pink and green...)

If a translation patch was applied recently, it might not have gone live. In
addition, there are local overrides (MediaWiki namespace) present, hence the
appearance of Special:Allmessages.

If the whole lot need to be refreshed, please request that rebuildMessages be run.

I ran a rebuildMessages.php update:

Initialising "MediaWiki" namespace for language code oc...
Done. Updated: 1, inserted: 12, kept: 1560.

Looks like the oc language inherit from french language. What you
really want though, is to provide a MessageOc.php file that give us
the messages for your language.

Assuming the request is fixed.
