I would like to change the Bishnupriya Manipuri Language interface file below. If I am in wrong place, please direct me to right place to change Bishnupriya Manipuri language file. I downloaded file from: http://svn.wikimedia.org/svnroot/mediawiki/trunk/phase3/languages/messages/MessagesBpy.p hp and change to following. Thanks, but it's not enough. Please see [[meta:MediaWiki localisation]] for additional information. First, about the namespaces: NS_MAIN should remain empty, and if you change the namespaces, it breaks many links - use aliases (see languages/messages/MessagesYi.php for example of aliases). About the messages - there are much, much more (it doesn't mean that you must translate all of them at once, of course), and they should be translated directly from English: languages/messages/MessagesEn.php.
Also, please attach files (or even better – patches) next time, instead of pasting the file here.

Applied the file (with changes, e.g. using 'bn' as a fallback language) to latest Subversion, r17271. Thanks for the patch. Now, there are several things to do: * When the file will be added to bpy.wikipedia, you will have to change a very few links to to the User namespaces to match the new namespaces. * There are 16 namespaces in the software. It will help a lot if you translate all of them, including "MediaWiki" and "MediaWiki_talk", "Category", and all the others, to bpy, and also to bn if possible. * There are many additional system messages to translate. Every contribution to the completeness of translation of the two languages will be very welcome. * Remember to use the trunk files. You can use the documentation on [[mw:Subversion]] and [[mw:Download from SVN]]. * Thanks again for every contribution! * You can use the IRC channel #mediawiki-i18n on irc.freenode.net to get some help.
Thanks for your time. I see the language changes, but still no effect in bpy wiki. I do not know how to solve this problem. When I login to english wiki and I change my preferance to Bishnupriya Manipuri language, and it is working. When I see to bpy.wikipedia site, no change (by default or changing setting preferance). I need help on this topic, please.

Click on each interface page's name (1movedto2, 1movedto2_redir, about, aboutpage . . .) and then click the "delete" button when you get there. This assumes, again, that you're a sysop.
