Description Nobody 2006-10-20 05:03:50 UTC Please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:69.50.208.4 regarding the sheer number of password requests from this IP. It's already indefblocked as an open proxy, I'd like to request that it be blocked from being able to issue password requests also.
