Attachments Add an attachment (proposed patch, testcase, etc.)

Description Anthere 2004-10-22 05:23:38 UTC I tried to put a bureaucrat flag on user:grin on huwikibooks. I set sysop+bureaucrat. After validation, the bureaucrat box is unchecked and the status is only sysop. I tested on Anthere as well, and on frwiktionary.
