From [[phabricator:T1257]]:

[[s:fr:]] goes to fr.wikisource.org, but [[s:mul:]] goes to wikisource.org.

Users may then expect mul.wikisource.org to exist.

It's cheap to set up a redirect from mul.wikisource.org to wikisource.org.

I merged the DNS change. Now:

mul.wikisource.org has address 198.35.26.96
mul.wikisource.org has IPv6 address 2620:0:863:ed1a::1
