Annotation on top of a link produces inefficient wikitext ([[asd|''asd'']]).

1. Type text, for example "asd".
2. Select it.
3. Press Ctrl+K to create a link, accept "asd" as link target.
4. Press Ctrl+I to italicize.

Result: [[asd|''asd'']].

Compare with:

1. Type text, for example "asd".
2. Select it.
3. Press Ctrl+I to italicize.
4. Press Ctrl+K to create a link, accept "asd" as link target.

Result: ''[[asd]]''.

I would expect both ways to produce the same wikitext, ''[[asd]]''.
