Steps to reproduce: 

1. In VE insert a table and type some text in several cells.

2. Using keyboard(arrow keys) try to move in the cell. 

On each click of arrow keys produces: The errors TypeError: surfaceView.getNativeRangeBoundingClientRect is not a function.

Oh, around in the cell itself, not to move to different cells. Sorry.

Verified the fix in betalbs and test2.
