br_user		VARCHAR(255)	NOT NULL, -- Email Id of failing recipient

This column name/text are a bit confusing. It should probably be renamed. Depending on how widely this is deployed anywhere, it might not be worth the hassle, in which case, at least updating the comment to not say "email id" which suggests an integer id would be good
