A user (Euphydryas) has reported to me an error creating https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussioni_utente:95.238.108.88

Function: ChangeTags::addTags
Error: 1205 Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction (10.64.16.13)

I can't reproduce it, the error disappears trying to save again.
