On 17 October i've sent an e-mail to un wikiuser (at ro.wikipedia), but after some time i received an mail which announced me that my mail failed to be delivered to recipient.
I attach an image with this mailer-daemon automated message.
2-3 days ago i noticed that other 2 rowiki-users discussed about problems that one of them doesn't received sent e-mail from other user.

Few seconds ago i sent an test message to my robot's account and also i received mailer-daemon failure message.
Something is wrong with messagery, at least on rowiki.

This looks like a duplicate of bug 64795 to me (and unrelated to bug 72358 which first came to my mind seeing the summary).

Hence marking as duplicate.
