Orphan/odd break: page 2, second paragraph
Widow and Orphan: on page 3 first line
Odd line break: page 4 right column near the end "(v" and "e)"
Odd line break: Page 7 "Sea Quarks" - please note the odd spaces between "(q" and "v)"
Orphan: page 12 "1968" and "symmetry"

Something weird is happening with the references as well, they should be superscripted and not have the leading asterisks.
