Currently, the main-menu-account-logout message only has the words "Log out" and not the username.

In the actual app the username is displayed after the message in an italic font, and together they appear as one string.

This is not documented in the message documentation ("qqq"), so the translators translate as simply "Log out". It would be translated differently in some languages if the username was included in the message.

Another, possibly better, option is to show the username on a different line and in a different font and color, similar to how it is done in the interlanguage links list.
