New Section tab in Beta

Environment-Production, Test2, beta

1> Go to Advanced Settings and enable the “Show a tab on this page to add a new section” and apply changes.
2> Save the page.Switch back and forth between the Edit beta and Read tab, notice the new section/Add topic tab is not added to the Toolbar. It gets added only after clicking on Edit Source tab and then Edit beta tab.
3>Now  go back to Advanced Settings.Change the “Show a tab on this page to add a new section”  to No and apply changes.
4>Save the page.
5> Go back to the editor and notice the new section tab is still visible . And it is only when you click on the Edit source tab, that the New Section tab goes away from the Toolbar.
