Description Michael M. 2014-08-08 08:24:18 UTC
Some input fields in the GUI installer/updater no longer have a default value as they used to: On page=DBConnect in the MySQL settings the default for "Database host" (used to be localhost) and "Database name" (used to be my_wiki) are missing. You now have to enter them manually. This might be caused by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/142472 (at least this seems to be the only change that does something with defaults, and occurred since my last update with defaults still present).

Assigning to self, don't have time to work on this right now but I should within the next few days. If I don't have something uploaded to gerrit by next weekend, poke me on IRC as I rarely check bugzilla and bugmail gets lost in all of my emails within a day or so.
