Description ejsanders 2006-07-31 17:27:20 UTC
It would be nice to provide a white-list of articles on which certain images can
be used. On en.wiki and other projects permitting fair use, this can be used to
keep control of the thousands of fair use images being used on user pages and
other inappropriate places (policy specifies a claim must be made for each use,
this would enforce that, see linked discussion). It could also can be used to
prevent vandalism with certain anatomical images.

This could be implemented as special tags on the image description page (e.g.
[[Allowedon:Microsoft]] [[Allowedon:Penis]]), and in the latter case
(anti-vandalism) the image page could then be protected. ~~~~
