MediaWiki:Flow-disclaimer can't be properly translated because it's not clear to what element of the interface it refers to. It should instead pick an option and quote it directly with int magic word:
* Flow-reply-submit ({{int:flow-reply-submit}}) or
* Flow-newtopic-save ({{int:flow-newtopic-save}})
