Cite menu is inaccessible

The dropdown menu for the Cite tool is not displaying correctly for me in Safari 6.1.4.  

The screenshots show two different font sizes/resolutions.  This isn't consistent for me.  I zoomed in before it happened the first time.

This sounds like bug 64388 which is very troubling. :-(
