1. Select text
2. cmd+K (Mac) to apply a link annotation

Expected:

Either it shows page titles with a default selection (e.g. a link to the exact link text), or only shows suggestions and require I pick one.

Actual:

Becomes link to the exact link text but with no way of knowing that, nor with an intuitive way to select a different target (see attached video).

No. We chose to not show this as the most common case is making an internal link to the term you've selected, and we wanted this to be as painless as possible.
