version conflict for package "TclOO": have 1.0, need 0.6.1

Suggested fix: modify tcllib package so that /usr/share/tcltk/tcllib1.14/struct/stack_oo.tcl reads 'package require TclOO 0.6.1-' instead of 'package require TclOO 0.6.1' (note the dash) or update tcllib.

I just installed tcllib 1.16 locally
