Triggered when visiting Wikimedia Commons whilst logged out. This loads 
https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:AnonymousI18N.js where the function call is.

If this refers to an on-wiki script this would be out of scope for Bugzilla.

CC'ing Rillke and Jean-Frederic who have edited https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:AnonymousI18N.js before.

I see that you already brought this up on https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki_talk:AnonymousI18N.js#JQMIGRATE which might be a better place.
