1) http://pagemigration.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:PageMigration
2) Enter "Extension:AntiSpoof " (with space) and "ru")
3) Click "Import"

I. Observed: error, the page doesn't exist.
II. Expected: trailing space doesn't matter.

There is probably some standard function to normalise titles ignoring trailing/leading whitespace, excess underscores and whatever.
