Wikimedia Bugzilla is closed!

It's possible to create an image description page without an image, which screws
up the recently-revamped image deletion system. I like the way the deletion link
now deletes the image, but it requires a small fix. Deletion should always
delete whatever is present: image table row, description page and file. If one
of the three is not present, processing should continue, no error should be
displayed.
