Description Alon Lischinsky 2006-07-09 15:23:04 UTC
It should be possible to specify for images a width expressed in terms of a
percentage of the container. This would allow for certain templates, such as
infoboxes or taxoboxes, to be defined in relative terms, and adjust
automatically to users with various screen resolutions. Currently this is
doable, via direct CSS definition, for tables and divs without images, but not
for the images within.
Comment 1 Brion Vibber 2006-07-09 16:23:13 UTC
That would look very bad on screen; many browsers do not do inline
scaling well at all and there would be no way to scale server-
side.
