English Wikipedia user https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Pratyya_Ghosh reports an issue where e-mails sent using the "E-mail this user" function report as being successfully sent but are not received by recipient. User reports they still receive inbound e-mail sent to them via the "E-mail this user" function. User confirms via screenshots (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Email_001_2014.png, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Email_002_2014.png and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Email_003_2014.png) that they had sent an e-mail and followed the normal "E-mail this user" process. E-mails not being received is confirmed by myself and several users on their talk page also report e-mails not being received, also confirmed is that this problem is limited (as far as is known) to Prattya only. I'm able to send and receive e-mails via the "E-mail this user" function and there's no evidence those e-mails are being treated differently with GMail.
Changing to Wikimedia (from MediaWiki) because this is probably an issue someone in our stack, not inherently an issue in MediaWiki (though it could be...)
