Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Insert an image
3.Make it frameless/basic
4.Change the alignment to Left
5.Now try to change the alignment to Right
6.Click on "Apply changes"

Observed Result:
The alignment is still set as left , not moving it to Right

The latest fix (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/134660/) should fix this too (tested on master)

Reopening since I can still reproduce this issue for both the image types in Betalabs.

This is happening for all image types now.Not just Frameless and Basic
