To reproduce:

1. Edit an article in the Hebrew Wikipedia using VE.
2. Go to the categories dialog.
3. Start typing a category name.

Expected: autocompletion list appears under the input box.
Actual: autocompletion list appears to the side of the input box.

This is similar to Bug 51490.
