The last step "Submitting details and publishing" stucks very often in the last days.

See screenshot: 
* File -7408 has a green check mark
* File -7410, -7418 and -7419 show a spinner but are correctly published

Process stucks.... No chance to continue. I have to start the upload with the remaining files again.

Might be the same reason as bug 64699
