hi please upgrade jQuery to version 1.11.0. if you replace the file in resources/lib/jQuery/jQuery.js and replace it with the new file and rename it to jQuery.js. I have tested it and it doesent seem broken to me. I have found that when clicking help on the version 1.8.3 it shows the full blue box where as version 1.11.0 fixes those issues and will resize.

We still have bug 44740 about upgrading to 1.10.

What "help" button and blue box are you referring to?
