An extra middot is there on mobile.

hlists are provided by editors in MediaWiki:Common.css no?

I suspect these haven't been copied to https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Mobile.css

?

This is coming from site css..
.hlist li:after {
 content: " ·";

If it's wanted in mobile that rule should be copied to MediaWiki:Mobile.css

This is not a problem with MobileFrontend itself.

Hm actually that comes from an outdated Mobile.css.

Fixed by getting a newer copy from enwiki.
