Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Add a text
3.Add a gallery right after that.
4.Select the text by selecting whole line
5.Click on the link inspector

Observed Result:
The link inspector opens after the gallery

I /think/ Ed fixed this with his changes last fortnight. Maybe.
