Spotted on enwiki:

 03:14, 23 March 2014 Delivery of "The Signpost: 19 March 2014" to User talk:Hahc21 failed with an error code of editconflict 

We should just re-try sending the message if this happens.

It'll now re-try 5 times before giving up.
