The project_talk namespace should keep its name, like before. That means the
following change would now be needed:

*Pogovor z Wikipedijo (or other project name) -> ''Pogovor o Wikipediji'' (or
other project name)

Currently it's like 'discussion with Wikipedia' instead of 'discussion about
Wikipedia'. Otherwise it's ok, thanks - except that the locative group would be
more appropriately positioned <u>under</u> the instrumental one in
LanguageSl.php (according to Slovenian grammar).

For the first question: Yes, that's correct.

For the second question: yes, that's wrong. The correct order would be:
rodilnik, dajalnik, tožilnik, mestnik, orodnik.

I think the translations were mixed up. These are the correct ones:
# Locative (mestnik (lokativ)) 'o Wikipediji'
# Instrumental (orodnik (instrumental)) 'z Wikipedijo'

Yes, the translations are the correct ones now. However, the "project talk"
namespace is still named 'Pogovor + instrumental' instead of 'Pogovor +
locative', which would be the correct name.

Changes are not yet live on Wikimedia, if that is what you mean.

Yes, I have just come here to say so. The languageSl.php file is corrrect now.

You should also correct the order of inflections in the comments. I mean here:

Orodnik should come after mestnik.
