As I said above, those timestamps are from [[CLDR]]. See the Wikipedia article for more information.
Umar: Please define the actual problem so others can understand. "do not work" is not a problem definition, and I don't understand what "Need to remove it PLURAL" is meant to mean. Those are only used by central auth. ----- As has been said above, we (Wikimedia projects which use the CLDR extension) are using translations provided by the CLDR project. In order to translate the timestamp in MediaWiki, you have to translate it at the CLDR project. Once the CLDR project has the translation, then eventually we will start using it. Follow the instructions at http://cldr.unicode.org/index/bug-reports#New_Locales for "Adding New Locales" ------------ Question to i18n devs: Maybe in cases like this, where cldr doesn't have the language, instead of falling back in the language chain (e.g. From Chechen to Russian), we should instead fallback to built in human timestamp support (Using the seconds-ago, minutes-ago, etc messages via Language::getHumanTimestamp instead of CLDR)
