current builds are running v 32 and having a hard time

The latest supported Chrome version for Linux on Sauce Labs is 32[1]. Sauce Labs support forum post[2] says:

"We actually are defaulting to Chrome 27 on purpose, because it's the most recent stable version as far as the ChromeDriver web driver is concerned."

Since we can not upgrade to Chrome 33, I will downgrade to Chrome 27. Let's see if that fixes the problem.
