Disable JavaScript on your browser. Go to a page you are not watching. Click watch star. You see a page like The page "Malaysia Airlines Flight 370" has been added to your watchlist.

Look in top corner, the watch star is still the icon for when a page is not watched.

Expected:
On a page with action=watch the watch star should be selected at all times.
