Wikimedia has migrated from Bugzilla to Phabricator. Bug reports should be created and updated in Wikimedia Phabricator instead. Please create an account in Phabricator and add your Bugzilla email address to it.
Wikimedia Bugzilla is read-only. If you try to edit or create any bug report in Bugzilla you will be shown an intentional error message.
In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

The popup message when I un/watchlist any page, is showing as empty on mediawiki.org recently. Replicated with 2 accounts. Also, replicated on test.wikipedia.org

Replicated after Update to 1.23wmf17 on my wiki (droidwiki.de), too. Also on testwiki. In WMF11 this bug does not appear.

mw.Api has no parameter "titles", only param title:
https://doc.wikimedia.org/mediawiki-core/master/js/#!/api/mw.Api

so, maybe, the solution is to delete the "s", works in my wiki fine.

applied patch and test on a local testwiki and the wiki under droidwiki.de -> work
