Steps to reproduce:

1.Open a page with VE
2.Go to Page Settings>Advanced Settings
3.Now select the option "Yes" for "Show a tab on this page to add a new section"
4.Apply changes
5.Reload the page
6.When the New Section tab appears click on it

Observed Result:
You are in New Section tab but the tab for New Section disappeared from the menu bar

This is a MediaWiki bug.

However:
