Description 66a74ff4f5c7 2014-02-19 20:54:17 UTC
In http://wiki.openstreetmap.org :

Saving

    [//www.openstreetmap.org/copyright www.openstreetmap.org/copyright]

asks for a captcha although we have whitelisted "openstreetmap\.org" in MediaWiki:Captcha-addurl-whitelist (http and https work without captcha). Apparently the whitelist does not work for protocol-relative URLs.
