Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/PiRSquared17
2. See that my account has been deleted before
3. Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:CentralAuth/PiRSquared17
Expected result:
Same as step 2.
Actual result:
No logs shown.
