Compare https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kaldari/Jane to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Kaldari/Jane's.

I know I can use {{FULLPAGENAMEE}} instead, but it seems like {{FULLPAGENAME}} should also be able to work.

If this is a feature instead of a bug, please document at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Extension:ParserFunctions#.23ifeq. Thanks!

Its because {{FULLPAGENAME}} converts ' to '
