On inserting an image, or editing an image, it should be possible to visit the file description page. Currently it's not even possible to get the filename of an image when in VE.

Why this is needed: In order to access the captions on the image page or verify the license or similar. E.g. on inserting an image of Obama shaking hands with some other important person into the Obama article you might want to find out who this other person is

Suggested solution: Add a link to the filepage in media settings.
