Using a fresh wiki and the master branch of ULS, the browser test using phantomjs fails to find a div with id input-panel-trigger:

All those scenario failures comes when running the feature file features/settings_panel.feature

This is fixed. I cannot find where exactly, but I cannot reproduce it any longer.
