Code is already on Labs, "just" needs to be fixed to run there. Please join the tool "erwin85" there and help!

From Jira:

Retrieved categories.

Warning: chmod(): No such file or directory in /home/erwin85/public_html/catanalyzer.php on line 341 at Mon, 16 Jan 2012 04:46:12 +0000.

The output has been saved to ./tmp/dewiki_p_Subnationale_Legislative_sub.png. It will be deleted after 24 hours.

Total number of subcategories: 82. These contain 0 unique articles.

The Link to the png gives 404error.

Erwin's response:

The program I use to create the images is missing a library. For now I don't have time to look into this and ask the toolserver administrators to install necessary libraries.

I'm afraid you'll probably have to consider this tool as being discontinued.
