Description MZMcBride 2014-02-03 22:25:06 UTC I noticed <https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/111103> today. Jenkins-mwext-sync needs documentation. I looked at [[mw:Jenkins-mwext-sync]] and [[wikitech:Jenkins-mwext-sync]] and didn't see anything. Documentation should include owners/maintainers, source code location, functionality, etc.
