As of right now, http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=MBTA_Commuter_Rail is
displaying a blank image for
http://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Image:Mbta_district.svg

Purging the en Image: page and the article don't change anything.  When I purge
the commons Image: page, and then reload the article, I get the text of an error
message instead of an image, which says, "Error creating thumbnail".  On
subsequent purge-and-reload, I am back to a blank image.

Now it works (for me). Changing to fixed. Seems a temporaly problem that autosolved.
